Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to lead the market entry and expansion of our newly launched Amritsr spices brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing listings in major supermarkets, establishing B2B relationships within the HORECA sector, and managing E-commerce channels.

This role requires a hunter mentality to open new doors and a farmer approach to manage key accounts. You will be the face of our new product line, driving brand visibility, revenue growth, and market penetration in a competitive FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Market Entry & Business Development

  • Modern Trade (Supermarkets): Identify and secure listings with major supermarket chains, hypermarkets, and standalone grocers across Dubai. Handle listing negotiations, shelf-space allocation, and visibility agreements.
  • HORECA Sales: Pitch bulk spice solutions to Hotels, Restaurants, Catering companies, and Cloud Kitchens. Leverage KGH's existing hospitality network to secure B2B contracts.
  • E-Commerce: Oversee product listings on key platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Deliveroo/Talabat marts) and ensure consistent stock availability and high-quality digital merchandising.

Account Management & Operations

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with category managers, procurement heads, and chefs.
  • Execute merchandising strategies to ensure prominent shelf positioning and stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide feedback to the leadership team.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and negotiation to order processing and payment collection/receivables.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, sampling sessions, and in-store activations to drive consumer trial.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly sales forecasts, visit reports, and market coverage analysis.
  • Track performance against monthly volume and value targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 24 years of sales experience within the UAE FMCG sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: specific experience selling food products, spices, or dry goods is highly preferred.
  • Network: Existing relationships with purchasing managers in UAE Supermarkets (Union Coop, Carrefour, Lulu, etc.) and HORECA buyers is a distinct advantage.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and numeracy skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own a vehicle (or be willing to travel extensively).
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.
