Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role is based in Jeddah. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, generating leads, and identifying opportunities to grow sales revenue. Daily tasks will include building strong client relationships, addressing customer needs, and effectively communicating solutions to meet their objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT hardware market (servers, storage, networking, network security, cloud solutions, etc.).
  • Customer Service expertise to ensure high levels of client support and responsiveness.
  • Lead Generation experience with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
