Job Summary:

A results-driven and strategic Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for the full sales cyclefrom prospecting high-potential accounts and preparing competitive quotations to negotiating contracts and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, adept at coaching a sales team to exceed targets while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. You will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments, resolving major issues and ensuring service delivery aligns with client budgets and needs. Success in this role requires a deep knowledge of our products, competitive landscape, and the ability to translate market feedback into actionable strategies.

Job Description:

  1. Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
  2. Identify high-potential accounts
  3. Identify and generate new sales opportunities for new and existing accounts
  4. Prepare quotations and negotiate contract terms and closing deals.
  5. Manage, develop, support and assess staff to provide high level of service
  6. Stay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
  7. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing plans, promotions and service features.
  8. Handle major customer problems to propose permanent solution
  9. Propose tools to maintain and enhance company image.
  10. Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyzing the sales figures to be always updated on the performance and to be able to put a plan on how to achieve the target.
  11. Coordinating with the other departments for the major complaints to ensure the satisfaction of the customer's needs.
  12. Coaching the sales reps on how to introduce new plans to customers to meet sales targets.
  13. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the management regarding local competition and product/service needs.
  14. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services.
  15. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
  16. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a sales role, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Demonstrated experience in both new business development and account management.
  3. Previous experience in a leadership or team coaching capacity is required.
  4. Experience preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing complex deals.
