Overview:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships,

and delivering an exceptional showroom and post-sale experience. You'll engage with clients from initial

consultation to final deliveryensuring their journey with Caspaiou is seamless, professional, and

inspiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Sales & Client Engagement

  • Welcome and assist clients in the showroom
  • Offer personalized consultations to understand and realize client visions.
  • Present and recommend Caspaiou's exclusive brands and design services.

2. Account Management

  • Build lasting relationships with high-end clients and industry professionals.
  • Manage client portfolios with proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal design and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Represent Caspaiou as a brand ambassador in all interactions.

3. Sales Growth & Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Maintain CRM records and stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.

4. Showroom Operations & Events

  • Ensure the showroom presentation aligns with brand standards.
  • Participate in and support in-house events, product launches, and client functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-end showroom or luxury furniture retail environment.
  • Experience with AutoCad or SketchUp is preferred.
  • Strong track record in luxury sales with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented, with a self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
