ABOUT CO-CRAFT

Co-Craft removes every barrier between a great idea and a real product. We are a food manufacturing and co-packing company that takes brands from concept to shelf — fast, certified, and without the cost or complexity of building your own factory.

We handle R&D, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and quality certification — so our clients can focus on building their brand. Right now, our client relationships are managed directly by the founders. We need someone to own that function properly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Handle day-to-day communication with clients
  • Announce and promote new product launches to increase product listings and distribution
  • Analyze clients objectives, requirements, and negotiate on prices
  • Forecast demand for each account
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Ensure achieving sales targets per clientTrack account health indicators: response time, order frequency, satisfaction signals, renewal likelihood
  • Flag at-risk accounts early and escalate with a clear action plan
  • Manage and resolve client complaints with urgency, working across production, logistics, and R&D as needed

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Non-negotiable

  • 3–5 years of account management, client success, or client-facing commercial experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
  • High discipline in documentation and follow-through
  • Problem-solving orientation: you find solutions first and escalate second

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, or B2B services — you understand production realities and client expectations
  • Experience setting up or significantly improving account management processes in a company without mature systems
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM platforms — ideally دفترة, Zoho, or similar Arabic-language systems
  • Exposure to clients in GCC markets or export-facing businesses is a plus
