Responsible for monitoring all products sales plan execution and clients distribution as needed to increase sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve the monthly sales target, & implement all procedures related to sales to meet customers demand.
Compile monthly Sell-Out reports to periodically know the percentage of sales target achieved and the sales position of our products compared to competitors sales.
Monitor all changes in the market, the activities of competitors and report to manager to contribute to corrective market action.
Communicate with the direct manager periodically to know what changes are made in the prices of products to remain competitive.
Track product inventory to focus on items for customer supply to seize a sales opportunity.
Monitor and ensure after-sales service queries are attended to timeously and all parties are kept up to date.
Weekly sales reporting (and corrective recommendations) to manager.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4-6 Years of experience in home appliances sales.
Proven work experience as a Consumer Appliances/Electronics Account Manager in Mass-Retail and the Independent Channels.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
