Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for monitoring all products sales plan execution and clients distribution as needed to increase sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the monthly sales target, & implement all procedures related to sales to meet customers demand.
  • Compile monthly Sell-Out reports to periodically know the percentage of sales target achieved and the sales position of our products compared to competitors sales.
  • Monitor all changes in the market, the activities of competitors and report to manager to contribute to corrective market action.
  • Communicate with the direct manager periodically to know what changes are made in the prices of products to remain competitive.
  • Track product inventory to focus on items for customer supply to seize a sales opportunity.
  • Monitor and ensure after-sales service queries are attended to timeously and all parties are kept up to date.
  • Weekly sales reporting (and corrective recommendations) to manager.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4-6 Years of experience in home appliances sales.
  • Proven work experience as a Consumer Appliances/Electronics Account Manager in Mass-Retail and the Independent Channels.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong Presentation skills.
