Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Emirati Sales Account Manager to join our Commercial team. This role is ideal for ambitious UAE Nationals who are eager to build a career in fintech, develop strong client-facing skills, and contribute to the growth of digital payments across the UAE

You will manage relationships with merchants, support business growth initiatives, and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Support onboarding of new merchants and ensure smooth activation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Risk, and Tech) to resolve merchant issues efficiently
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and track KPIs
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
  • Stay informed about Paymob's products, market trends, and competitors

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 03 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skill
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for fintech and digital payments
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
