As an ERP Sales Account Manager Prefer experience with Oracle, SAP and Microsoft partner based in the UAE, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts by promoting ERP add-on solutions. Your role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored ERP products that drive efficiency and success.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will actively pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Day-to-day tasks involve conducting sales calls and meetings, following up on leads, coordinating product demonstrations, and managing the sales pipeline through CRM systems. You will also track market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.
Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries promptly. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in ERP solutions or software sales
- Proven track record of managing sales accounts and achieving sales targets
- Experience working in or with clients in the UAE or the broader Middle East region
- Relevant sales or industry certifications (e.g., sales management, ERP product certifications) preferred but not mandatory
