Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, generating new leads, managing the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying business opportunities to drive company growth. The role demands effective communication and collaboration with teams to meet client needs and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide excellent support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify business opportunities and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems and/or CRM solutions is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and fostering client growth is advantageous.
