Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively managing accounts. This role includes handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure clients needs are met effectively
  • Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Ability to conduct Lead Generation and identify opportunities to expand client portfolios
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and meeting revenue targets
  • Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
