Role Overview
FutureTEC is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. This role focuses on account ownership, revenue growth, and customer retention, working closely with internal teams to deliver IT solutions and services that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B sales professional with experience in IT solutions or services, comfortable managing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Sales Execution
- Support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and renewals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast for assigned accounts.
- Achieve assigned revenue and account targets.
Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and opportunities.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager on account strategy and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and approvals.
Market & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Experience selling IT solutions or IT services is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
