Account Manager Role Brief
Our Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships. As a
Junior Account Manager, you will support in managing and growing our partner restaurant accounts. You will assist in daily communication, coordination, and follow-up with partners to ensure they receive the support they need. This role is ideal for someone early in their account management career who is proactive, eager to learn, and excited to grow within the F&B tech industry.
What you will be working on here in Koinz:
- Support the Account Management team in managing and nurturing relationships with assigned partner restaurants
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, advertising, product, and operations) to ensure client requests and needs are handled efficiently
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and help resolve issues with guidance from senior team members
- Help prepare account performance reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Participate in client onboarding processes, training sessions, and product walkthroughs
- Provide general support on account-related tasks to ensure smooth and quality service delivery
What you will need to fit in this position:
- 12 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also welcome)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer management workflows
- Good analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow up consistently
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork spirit
- Previous experience in the F&B or tech industry is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with the KSA market is an advantage, but not mandatory
