Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will focus on developing account strategies, generating new leads, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Contribute to long-term sales planning and market positioning
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure service delivery
  • Oversee account activities to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets
  • Monitor account budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams
  • Generate and qualify new business leads to expand client portfolio and drive revenue growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management, minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to develop account strategies and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
