Job Brief:
We are looking for an Account Manager to support our business development and client engagement activities across the MENA region, with a focus on Iraq, the Levant, and North Africa.

Job Description:
- Support business development activities for CRO pharmaceutical services across assigned MENA markets.
- Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and supporting new client acquisition
- Help identify potential leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (commercial, technical, project management).
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate client data and sales tracking records (CRM or internal systems).
- Travel within the region when required.
Job Requirements:
Must to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Interest or basic exposure to the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn, develop sales skills, and grow in a regional role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Nice to have:
- French language is a strong plus
- Familiarity with GCC, Levant, or North African markets is an advantage
