Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria or the Delta region, responsible for managing and growing Unyva's pharmacy accounts across the assigned territory. The role will focus on developing strong relationships with pharmacy customers, expanding the account base, increasing product availability and sell-through, and achieving sales and collection targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Unyva's pharmacy accounts across Alexandria and the Delta region.
- Develop new business opportunities with independent pharmacies and pharmacy chains.
- Build strong long-term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, buyers, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, distribution, and collection targets.
- Increase product availability, visibility, and sell-through across assigned accounts.
- Identify new pharmacy accounts and expand geographic coverage within the territory.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, listings, and account agreements within company guidelines.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock, product placement, visibility, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Follow up on orders, collections, outstanding payments, and customer credit.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, account updates, market feedback, and competitor insights.
- Support promotional activities and product launches within pharmacy accounts.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Healthcare, or related industries.
- Previous experience managing pharmacy accounts or pharmacy chains is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the pharmacy channel and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales, distribution, and collection targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of account management, customer credit, and collections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work effectively in a field-based environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Alexandria and the Delta region.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
