Sales Account Manager Hospitality & Residential

Location: Madina, KSA (Field based role in Madina and travel to Riyadh office occasionally)

Sector: Wellness & Fitness Solutions

About the Role: This role involves developing key client relationships and driving sales growth within luxury hotels, resorts, and premium residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand a portfolio of clients in hospitality and residential segments, including luxury hotels, resorts, and upscale residential communities.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure excellent client service and project delivery.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead follow-up.

Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Travel within Saudi Arabia as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years sales experience in hospitality, residential real estate, or related premium product sectors.

Strong knowledge of the hospitality and residential markets in Saudi Arabia and GCC.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Arabic language skills preferred.

Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients and close deals.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
