PulseMediaNL is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to join our remote team. This role is essential in managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and sales inquiries
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process
Sales Growth & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Present products and services to customers through meetings, calls, and presentations
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Collaboration & Sales Support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively
- Coordinate with operations, support, and management teams to deliver solutions
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to support business improvements
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding products, updates, and opportunities
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate account records and sales activity within CRM systems
- Track sales performance, account activity, and customer engagement metrics
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and account updates for management
- Follow established sales processes and contribute to operational efficiency
Requirements
- About the Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional, proactive, and results-driven attitude
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or sales is a plus
