Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities across various sectors.

Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Promote and sell IT solutions and services including:

- IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization)

- Networking (LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN)

- Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection)

- Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, private cloud)

- ELV & AV systems

- Data & AI

- Managed and professional services

Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and solution architects.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM and provide regular forecasting reports.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by the company.

Maintain excellent client satisfaction and assist in project follow-ups when needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and distributors.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 510 years of proven sales experience working in a UAE-based system integrator or ICT service provider.

Strong network and customer base within the UAE public and private sectors.

Solid understanding of the UAE ICT landscape, government procurement processes, and enterprise IT requirements.

Experience selling mid-to-large scale IT projects and solutions.

Familiarity with working alongside leading vendors (Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

Valid UAE driving license is required.

Familiar with Solution selling methods

Hunter mindset to acquire new logos

Understand and applied the MEDDPICC Sales methodologies or similar

Strong presentation skills

Industry experience (SME) in one of the following: FSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Smart Cities

Technical sales and solution positioning

RFP/RFQ handling and tender participation

UAE market knowledge and local business etiquette

CRM usage
