This opportunity is with our client — a leading organization dedicated to digital transformation and academic excellence within the UAE. We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our presence within the higher education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a strategic portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
- Develop deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within higher education institutions.
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers across the higher education and research segments to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by matching client needs with our suite of solutions.
- Position our digital solutions as a trusted partner in transformation and learner experiences.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements while maintaining accurate CRM records for forecasting.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Sales Excellence: Proven track record of exceeding targets and negotiating/closing complex sales deals.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain consultative relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Strategic Growth: Experience in managing a portfolio for long-term growth and identifying new business opportunities.
- Experience (Expats): Minimum of 7 years in a professional sales role.
- Experience (UAE Nationals): Minimum of 3–5 years in a sales or customer service role.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
