Sales Account Manager - B2B Software Solutions (Based in Cairo, Egypt)
Full-Cycle Sales Professional for High-Impact Software Deals
We are looking for a goal-driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager (AE) to be a key frontline revenue driver in our new Cairo office. This role is for a proven seller who thrives on managing the entire B2B sales lifecycle, from initial qualification to final contract closure, focusing on high-value new business acquisition.
If you have a history of successfully closing complex software deals, you will own the pipeline for our solutions: ERP systems, mobile applications, web development, and custom software.
Core Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Own and manage the entire sales pipeline for assigned accounts and opportunities, driving them efficiently from the qualified lead stage to a closed-won outcome.
- Client Engagement: Lead comprehensive discovery meetings, develop tailored solution proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations to C-level and technical decision-makers.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize value while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Forecasting: Maintain high standards of accuracy in CRM reporting and forecasting, working closely with the Senior Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with our Pre-Sales and Technical teams to ensure solution proposals are technically sound and meet client specifications.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of direct experience in B2B software, technology, or IT services sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven Track Record: A history of consistently achieving or exceeding individual sales quotas in the enterprise or upper mid-market segment.
- Domain Knowledge (Required): Proven experience selling at least one of the following: ERP systems, mobile applications, or custom software solutions.
- Sales Skills: Strong proficiency in complex sales cycles, solution selling, and formal negotiation.
- CRM Proficiency: Highly proficient in using CRM software for pipeline management, activity logging, and accurate forecasting.
Location: Must be willing to work from Cairo, Egypt.
