RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and expand a substantial portfolio of accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreementsto maximize revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experiencein sales or business development.
  • Proven experience inaccount managementandcustomer relationship management (CRM).
  • Exceptionalnegotiation skillsand the ability to close deals.
  • Strongcustomer supportandcommunication skills.
  • Experience working in theSaaS industryis highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Englishwith excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications in sales or related fields are a plus.
  • Must behardworkingand able to manage a large portfolio of accounts.
  • Proficiency inCRMsystems.
  • Excellentnegotiationandcommunication skills.
  • Strongcustomer supportandrapport-building abilities.
  • Experience insales consulting.
  • Proven track record insalesandbusiness development.
  • Familiarity withSaaS companiesis a plus.
