Sales Admin (Developer background)

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Admin (Developer background) to join our growing real estate team to coordinate sales and elevate our brand in luxury real estate. Backed by decades of trusted UAE market presence, we at ARY & MAZ Developments are redefining boutique development in Dubai.

What We're Looking For:

Ambitious, driven, and highly organized

Results-oriented with ability to perform under pressure

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Check Buyer data against official ID's on CRM for accuracy and ensure sales process flows are up-to-date on CRM.

Accuracy in record keeping, document filing, sales reports and practicing due diligence for each unit sale.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure completeness of information on CRM.

Timely escalate any sales related discrepancy, variations, difficulties, disputes or delays to the Business Head and Head of Sales for effective resolution.

Able to draft / prepare business emails/ letters etc.

Work closely with the Business Head and Head of Sales to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Provide administration support as instructed.

Minimum 1 year similar experience with a reputable developer

Knowledge of CRMs - Zoho / Salesforce preferred.

Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power-point.

A no-job-too-small attitude.
