Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales and Admin Officer to support our sales operations while handling essential administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling both sales coordination and office administration responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate records and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with lead coordination, follow-ups, and client communication
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales-related documents
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client appointments
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and reporting
Administrative Duties
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners when needed
- Monitor office supplies and assist with basic procurement
- Ensure records, contracts, and reports are accurate and up to date
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused
