Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrative Assistant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team through administrative tasks such as managing schedules, Going on viewings, maintaining records, Follow-up lead and generate new properties, and preparing reports. The role also involves liaise with clients and agents, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service, as well as maintaining organized sales documentation and assisting in meeting team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Sales Assistance
  • Strong Sales and Communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Real Estate or experience in Sales processes
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field is REQUIRED

  • Ready and offplan property sales and leasing

Office: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Office Timings:

Monday - Friday: 9:30-6:30

Saturday: 9:00-3:00
