Sales Administrator is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by managing day-to-day operations, maintaining data integrity in the Salesforce CRM system, and providing analytical insights through regular reporting.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for leads, prospects, and clients.
Follow-up on the Company's system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered, ensuring all client data, unit availability, and sales activities are accurately recorded.
Manages and updates the database as requested.
Track lead lifecycle stages and assist in lead distribution.
Monitor inventory levels (available units) and update sales teams on project status and availability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the real estate industry
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Location: Elsheikh Zayed
Working Days: 6 Days, From Saturday to Thursday
