Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by managing sales processes, preparing documents, and maintaining client records. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, updating CRM systems, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry. Additionally, the role involves administrative support to streamline operations and ensure the efficient delivery of services.

Only candidates living in Dubai will be considered

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Administration, Client Coordination, and CRM systems
  • Strong skills in Data Entry, Record-Keeping, and Document Preparation
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proven ability to Multi-Task and Manage Deadlines effectively
  • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with real estate operations is a beneficial asset
  • Experience with the Listings and all forms Example: Form A, Form B, MOU
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
