Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with internal departments, and assist in managing client accounts to enhance overall sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and documentation.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service support.
Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
