We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our on-site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.
About the role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of our sales team. You'll manage client inquiries, maintain sales records, coordinate transactions, and ensure the day to day workflow runs seamlessly. This is a full-time, on-site position that places you at the center of a fast-paced and rewarding real estate environment.
What we're looking for
• Strong organizational and administrative skills scheduling, document preparation, and data management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for professional client interactions
• Experience in order processing and accurate sales record management
• Solid understanding of basic sales processes and the ability to support the team effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office tools
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
