Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for supporting the sales operation in administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the sales division. Responsibilities include managing sales progression, developer and sales staff follow up, reporting, data inputting and data management both inside and outside of the companies CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update purchase prices and deal information on Monday.com as directed by Devmark leadership
  • Ensure all buyer and broker details are accurately captured and maintained across projects
  • Regularly cross-check sales unit entries to confirm that data aligns with approved sales reports
  • Verify that all documents (CIFs, SPAs, RAs, receipts, ID copies, etc.) are uploaded correctly and linked to the right units
  • Identify and flag any mismatches or errors to the Associate Director of Sales Operations (ADSO)
  • Act as the interim sales admin officer for developers who do not have their own administrative support
  • Capture buyer information, track payments, and prepare or upload reservation agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date records of payments received and ensure they are reflected accurately in reports
  • Liaise with developers to confirm that all required documentation and approvals are in place prior to invoicing
  • Send Expression of Interest (EOI) conversion emails and manage the allocation of timings and zones
  • Maintain clear communication with sales teams, developers, and brokers to ensure alignment throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate developer experience is essential
  • Proven track record as Sales Administrator with strong knowledge of EOI, RA, SPA documentation, contract handling
  • A degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms or project tracking tools (Salesforce. Monday.com)
  • Exceptional communication, attention to detail and multitasking skills
