Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Understand client needs and requirements to propose tailored marketing solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximise profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing services, including digital marketing, branding, and communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
