Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers, providing personalized recommendations in line with their needs.
- Support customers in their purchasing decisions and offer guidance on products.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and attentive service.
Sales & Product Promotion
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company guidelines.
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation to attract customers and enhance sales.
Store Operations & Stock Management
- Support daily retail operations, including stock monitoring and inventory management.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and merchandising plans.
- Ensure the store operates smoothly according to company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
