Sales Advisor (Auto Service -Inhouse sales)

My client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable services, and converting inquiries into successful sales. This is a fully in-house sales role involving direct interaction with high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable detailing, protection, and enhancement services.
• Prepare quotations and explain service packages clearly and professionally.
• Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings and sales.
• Maintain excellent relationships with high-value customers and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
• Update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, customer relations, or sales advisory roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Confident in dealing with luxury clientele and high-value customers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
• Experience in automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium service industries will be an advantage.
