Job Summary
- Delivery of Customers Cards (Debit/Credit) and Cheque Books to companies approved under Retail Sales delivery programme
- Obtain Email confirmation and signed acknowledgements for the items delivered to the Employer, from authorized personnel appointed by the Employer through the provided Corporate Indemnity
- Maintain uptodate records of all Corporate Indemnity approved under Retail Sale and advise Line Manager of updates/changes
- Capture Credit cards and personal loans through LWF
- Create CRM cases and amendments & Scan Plus cases and scan relevant documents
- Perform quality assurance calls to authenticate that applications received are signed by the customers
- Creation of UTD for all approved applications for archival
Key Accountabilities
- Delivery of Cards (Debit/Credit) and Cheque Books as per the SOP & guidelines of the bank
- Obtain Email confirmation for the items delivered to the Employer from the authorised personnel appointed by the Employer as per the SOP
- Obtain signed acknowledgements for the items delivered to the Employer from the authorised personnel appointed by the Employer and submit to Business Support Unit as per the SOP
- Handle special deliveries approved by the Line Manager / HOS as & when required
- Ensure all undelivered items are returned back to Business Support Unit by EOD and recorded
- No Customer Cards/Cheque books to be kept in possession overnight / weekends
- Record and maintain the daily tracker of the received and delivered Debit cards/ Credit cards and cheque books
- Maintain uptodate records of all companies approved under Retail Sales delivery programme and advise Line Manager for expired documents and updates
Other Accountabilities
- Maintain and share the Daily Delivery Reports with the Line Manager
- Handle internal & external queries in timely & efficient manner and maintain excellent working relations with all business partners / units
- Conduct call verification for all new accounts (digital & manual) & credit card applications to ensure the quality of business acquired & processed within agreed TAT
- Conduct the initial checks for PL & CC applications assigned and ensure the accuracy of data and completeness of documents attached
- Create CRM cases, scan the supportive documents and follow up until the cases get resolved
- Scan the supporting documents and attach to the respective applications in the agreed sequence
- Ensure the strict implementation and compliance of policies, procedures, instructions & SOP of Retail Sales Cards/Cheque Book delivery
Required Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
Required Experience
2 4 years relevant experience in Retail Banking
