Role Description

The Sales Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored advice to help them achieve their real estate goals. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and offering expert guidance throughout the entire sales process. Additionally, the Sales Advisor will collaborate with the team to contribute to sales strategies and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Expierence from 0 to 1 year
  • Sales skills with a proven ability to meet targets and close deals
  • Experience in providing training or coaching is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced real estate environment
  • Knowledge of the Egypt and Dubai real estate market is considered an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
