Snag Property Inspection Services is expanding its presence in the Saudi market and is seeking a motivated independent Sales Agent to support lead generation and relationship-building across KSA.
Role Overview
This is a commission-based role focused on sourcing new opportunities from developers, owners associations, property managers, and homeowners. The agent will act as the main contact point for KSA clients and coordinate with our UAE operations team to prepare proposals and deliver services. No engineering background is required, but strong understanding of the Saudi real estate environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and build relationships with developers, PMCs, OAs, and brokers
Handle client inquiries and coordinate details with the UAE team
Assist in arranging site visits and meetings as needed
Provide weekly updates on leads, client status, and opportunities
Share market insights, competitor updates, and price intelligence
Requirements
Strong network within the Saudi real estate sector
Confidence in B2B and B2C selling
Good communication skills (Arabic required; English a plus)
Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
Commission Structure
5 percent on confirmed developer/OA projects
710 percent on residential inspections
No fixed salary
Commission is paid once client payment is received
