Job Purpose :
To recruit prospective students and achieve sales targets for the university's distance learning academic and training programs by providing professional educational consultation and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects. | Duties & Responsibilities :
- Contact prospective students via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Provide detailed information about academic programs, tuition fees, study system, and accreditations
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments in line with approved sales strategies
- Follow up consistently with leads until the enrollment process is completed
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Accurately update and maintain student data in the CRM system
- Participate in marketing campaigns, virtual fairs, and educational events
Prepare periodic sales performance reports and analyze results.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in education sector sales (universities, institutes, e-learning platforms)
- Good understanding of distance learning systems and academic admission processes
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
