Job Description

Job Purpose :

To recruit prospective students and achieve sales targets for the university's distance learning academic and training programs by providing professional educational consultation and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects. | Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Contact prospective students via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Provide detailed information about academic programs, tuition fees, study system, and accreditations
  • Convert inquiries into successful enrollments in line with approved sales strategies
  • Follow up consistently with leads until the enrollment process is completed
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
  • Accurately update and maintain student data in the CRM system
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, virtual fairs, and educational events

Prepare periodic sales performance reports and analyze results.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in education sector sales (universities, institutes, e-learning platforms)
  • Good understanding of distance learning systems and academic admission processes
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
