- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell products within the shop-in-shop area
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Ensure correct pricing, labeling, and stock arrangement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Coordinate with store management and head office when needed
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or fast-moving items
Shop-in-Shop Sales Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales (Shop-in-Shop experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused attitude with sales orientation
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Presentable appearance and professional behavior
- Basic computer skills (POS / sales system knowledge is an advantage)
- High school diploma or equivalent
