Job Description
THE ROLE
- Own a specialist community: build relationships with property owners, source your own portfolio of listings, and support buyers and sellers throughout their property journey
- Develop your market and manage sales transactions end to end, working closely with PRYPCO Mortgage and Property Management across the wider customer journey.
- Prospect property owners daily and build your own portfolio of listings
- Develop in-depth knowledge of your specialist community, including pricing, transactions, supply and market trends
- Generate, qualify and manage buyer and seller opportunities
- Build and maintain a portfolio of accurately priced and well-presented properties
- Advise sellers on current market conditions, pricing and sales strategy
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming buyer and seller enquiries
- Work with qualified and pre-approved buyers generated through the PRYPCO Mortgage ecosystem
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice throughout the buying and selling process
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Manage sales transactions from initial enquiry through to successful completion
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, buyers and investors for repeat and referral business
- Work closely with PRYPCO Mortgage and Property Management to identify opportunities across the wider customer journey
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, client records and listing information
- Ambitious, proactive, results-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence prospecting and generating new business
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
- Previous Dubai real estate or sales experience is advantageous
- UAE driving licence is preferred
- Progressive commission structure, 50% to 70%, resetting monthly
