Role Description The Sales Agent role at Robotics Corner is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Agent will actively identify and qualify prospective clients, present training and consultation offerings, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily activities include meeting potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. The role involves building long-term relationships, providing responsive customer service, and coordinating with the training and technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The Sales Agent is expected to meet sales targets, contribute to market growth, and represent Robotics Corner in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide clear, supportive responses.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet defined sales targets.
• Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with Insurance or similar service-based offerings, especially in explaining complex products to customers.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as presenting program details and supporting clients in selecting suitable courses or consultation packages.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of technology or education sectors, proficiency in CRM tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree and professional fluency in English and Arabic are preferred.
