Role Summary
We are seeking motivated and confident Telesales Agents to join our remote insurance sales team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who have their own visas who are ready to work from home and build a career in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided system
Promote and sell life and health insurance products
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Must be based in the UAE
Must have Own Visa

Prior Experience In Telesales Or Insurance Preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
