We are a leading organization in the automotive industry, committed to delivering high-quality training and development programs tailored to the local market.

About the Role

The role involves undertaking the headquarters overseas training system and formulating localized training standards adapted to the Saudi market.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake the headquarters overseas training system, formulate localized training standards adapted to the Saudi market, including training content development specifications, knowledge management framework, instructor certification standards and management system, taking into account both headquarters standards and Saudi local culture and compliance requirements.
  • Develop standardized sales-delivery-service curriculum system adapted to the Saudi market, produce training materials adapted to Saudi local context, establish Saudi training knowledge asset library, regularly update course content to ensure synchronization with headquarters product iterations and local policy changes.
  • Responsible for Saudi training operations and effectiveness monitoring and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of corporate training/talent development experience, including 2+ years of sales-delivery-service training experience in Saudi Arabia or Middle East automotive industry preferred, familiar with automotive industry training system building and implementation processes.

Required Skills

  • Excellent curriculum design and development capabilities, proficient in online-offline blended teaching methods, experience in instructor certification system building.
  • Deep understanding of automotive product knowledge, sales processes, and after-sales service standards, excellent knowledge extraction and document writing capabilities.
  • Good project management skills, able to independently promote global training project implementation and track results.
  • Business fluent in English, Arabic communication skills preferred, Chinese reading and writing preferred (for headquarters coordination and reporting).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the automotive industry training system building and implementation processes.
