We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drivenSales & Business DevelopmentExecutiveto join our growing Salesteam.This hybrid role combinesinside sales (BDR/SDR)responsibilities withjunior sales execution, clientmanagement, and partner coordination.The role is criticalto expanding our marketpresence acrossthe dynamicGulf and Levantregions, while also supporting deal progression, clientengagement, and partner interactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible forlead generation, qualification, nurturing, basic deal handling, and ongoing communication with prospects, clients, and selected partners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development& Lead Generation

  • Conducthigh-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need, andtiming.
  • Maintain accurate activitytracking, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM (HubSpot, Odoo, or similar).
  • Setup and coordinate discovery calls and productdemos for AccountExecutives.
  • Use modern sales enablementand prospectingtoolsto increase outreach efficiency.
  • Consistently hitor exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and lead-generation KPIs.
  • Stay upto date withthe data security landscape, industrytrends, and competitor positioning.

Sales & ClientManagement

  • Supportthe sales cycle by following up with qualified prospects after demos and meetings.
  • Manage ongoing communication with early-stage prospects and small-to-mid-sized clients.
  • Assistin preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Handle basic commercial discussions underthe supervision ofthe sales leadership.
  • Ensure structured follow-ups, responsetracking, and deal momentum continuity.
  • Supportcontractcoordination and handoverto delivery and customer successteams.

Partner & Channel Support

  • Participate in selected partner calls for lead qualification, opportunity follow-up, and marketfeedback.
  • Assistin partner enablementactivities such as meeting coordination, pipelinetracking, and reporting.
  • Track partner-generated leads and follow up on registered deals in coordination with sales leadership.
  • Maintain professional communication with regional partners as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in aBDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or Junior Salesrole withinSaaS, Cybersecurity, orTech.
  • Proven abilityto managehigh call volumes (5080+ daily)while maintaining quality engagement.
  • Demonstrated success inlead generation, qualification, and pipeline contribution.
  • Experience handlingprospectfollow-ups, clientcalls, and early-stage deal support.
  • Proficiency withCRMs (HubSpot, Odoo, or similar)and sales prospectingtools.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with a confidentphone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills and abilityto manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in atarget-driven sales environment.
