We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Software Engineer to join a growing technology team focused on delivering innovative software solutions and supporting organizations in their digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong sales and client engagement skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development services and digital solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with the development team.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project scopes.
- Conduct market research to identify new industries, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
- Support clients during the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in software sales, business development, or technical sales.
- Good understanding of software development, web/mobile applications, or ERP systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
