Ethra Perfumes is a fast-growing niche luxury fragrance brand from the UAE, focused on premium scent experiences and selective distribution. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Distribution Manager to lead revenue growth, expand retail presence, and build strong distributor partnerships locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales growth across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels
- Identify, onboard, and manage new retailers, stockists, and distributors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international distributors
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial agreements in line with brand strategy
- Develop and execute sales expansion plans to increase market penetration
- Represent Ethra at buyer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably within fragrance, beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors
- Established network of retailers, distributors, or key accounts in the UAE and/or international markets
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a field-based role
