Your New Role
- Manage the administrative side of the renewal cycle and ensure timely, highrate renewals.
- Track upcoming renewals and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding billing, contracts, and renewal terms.
- Prepare renewal forecasts and report on renewal performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product features and communicate updates to clients.

Requirements
- Experience in renewals, sales coordination, or account support, ideally within tech or SaaS.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
