Sales & Schengen Visa File Officer Nader Travel Agency — Giza, Egypt | Full-time

We are looking for a Sales & Schengen Visa File Officer to join our team. You will sell our visa file preparation service and prepare Schengen visa files for our clients.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience with Schengen visa files — you have prepared and handled them before. (Required)

1–3 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to close deals.

Excellent Arabic (spoken and written).

Good English — able to read embassy requirements and fill forms correctly.

French is a plus.

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, email, online forms).

Able to work from our office in Giza, Egypt.

What we expect from you

Talk to clients, explain the service clearly, and close the sale.

Review the client's documents: bank statements, employment letters, invitations, hotel and flight bookings, travel history.

Find missing documents, weak points and contradictions before the client applies.

Organise the file exactly as the embassy requires.

Prepare the client for the interview (expected questions and answers).

Be honest with clients: if the file is weak, tell them not to apply now — we never promise visa approval, because the decision belongs to the embassy only.

Follow up after submission and keep all records updated.

Reach the monthly sales target.

Salary: EGP 10,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
