Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Business Developer Executive based in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The role requires engaging in a combination of onsite and remote work. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing sales processes, closing deals, and supporting business growth strategies. The individual will also contribute to training initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to provide effective Training to sales team members and contribute to their development.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
