Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo. As a Sales and Cashier team member, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining an organized and clean cashier area. You will also manage inventory, help restock shelves, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer queries, promoting products, and ensuring accuracy in all payment processes.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Sales and Cash Handling: Experience in sales, managing transactions, and operating cash registers with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to keep the workspace tidy, restock shelves efficiently, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in basic math calculations and attention to detail for accurate payment processing and inventory management.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work well with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Prior experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not required.
