Role:Sales and Fitness Development Coach
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

As a Sales and Fitness Development Coach, we are looking for a motivated and experienced coach & client focused sales skills .You will have the opportunity to manage sales pipelines and educate users on the unique capabilities ofOxeFit'sequipment, strength and conditioning programs, assessment routines, and more.
Essential Functions:
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients using the oxefit XS1/XP1.
Schedule demos and routine follow-ups on active leads.
Educate clients on system capabilities, performance tracking and program design.
Manage sales pipeline and customer sales lifecycle while meeting and/or exceeding monthly targets
Build, distribute, and track customer quotations
Oversee and train new clients on equipment
onboard client in person
Provide personal training sessions with new client
Handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of each client, showcasing the unique value proposition.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent background in selling online, managing customer expectations over phone, WhatsApp & emails,
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, strength and conditioning, or a related area
2-3 years relevant experience in strength and conditioning coaching.
Fluency in English is essential, while additional language skills can be a significant advantage in diverse markets.
