This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Sales and Leasing Consultant. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for handling property sales and leasing inquiries, assisting potential clients in finding their ideal properties, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and property owners, and ensuring lease agreements and documentation are accurate and complete. Additional tasks include conducting property tours, addressing tenant concerns, and providing high-quality customer service to support client retention. The role requires efficient communication and collaboration with various teams to meet sales and leasing objectives.

• Experience with Leases, Lease Administration, and understanding of property agreements and related documentation.
• Skills in Resident Retention, ensuring a positive tenant experience and fostering long-term relationships.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and provide outstanding support.
• Proficiency in building rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or knowledge of real estate markets in the UAE is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being an advantage.
